Kev is our CEO and Managing Director at SJF UK Group. He brings warmth to everyday office life and never fails to put a smile on the faces of our team members.
Passionate about personal and professional development, Kev is always looking to learn something new, which has led to an impressive list of qualifications and achievements in compliance solutions. In the workplace, he is professional, approachable, and respectful, and is always on hand to share his extensive electrical, construction and health & safety knowledge and expertise.
Outside of work, Kev enjoys travelling with his wife, spending time with their dogs, and making the most of every opportunity to be with family and friends.
Joanne Spink BSc (Hons) Nebosh
Jo is our Company Secretary at SJF UK Group. As a calm and collected member of our team, she works tirelessly to make everyone's lives a little easier. Her warm and welcoming nature makes her the perfect person to speak with potential customers and clients interested in our engineering solutions.
Within the business, Jo is always happy to lend a helping hand, supporting her fellow team members and sharing her wealth of knowledge and expertise in the administrative side of the company. Her organization and dedication help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Outside of work, Jo enjoys baking, traveling, spending time with her dogs, and creating lasting memories with family and friends.
Matt Norris
Matt is our Operations Manager at SJF UK Group, where he combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to ensure everything runs exactly as it should. He oversees the smooth day-to-day operation of the business and has recently taken on the role of Managing Director for our Bollards and Barriers division, focusing on delivering outstanding engineering solutions.
Known for his quick wit and great sense of humour, Matt brings plenty of positivity to the office and has a knack for brightening everyone's day, including our team members. Professionally, he is direct, organised, and detail-oriented, always striving to achieve clear objectives and deliver the highest standards.
Outside of work, Matt is a devoted family man and proud father of four. When he's not at the office, he enjoys cooking, keeping fit, and spending quality time with his family.
Charlotte Taylor
Charlotte is our Office Manager and an integral part of the SJF UK Group team members. Funny, kind, and always willing to lend a hand, she brings a positive energy to the workplace every day. With over 10 years of administrative experience, she has a strong understanding of her role and ensures that the office runs smoothly, supporting our engineering solutions.
Clear, confident, and professional, Charlotte has an excellent manner on the phone and is committed to providing outstanding service. Her approachable nature and warm personality make her a friendly face for both colleagues and clients alike.
Outside of work, Charlotte is a proud mum of four who loves spending quality time with friends and enjoying long walks.
Keith Cartlidge
Keith is our Contracts Manager at SJF UK Group and is well-known for his positive attitude and willingness to assist others. With over 50 years of experience in the industry, he possesses exceptional knowledge of electrical, fire, and security systems, making him an integral part of our engineering solutions team.
Keith is always eager to support our newer engineers, offering guidance whenever they have questions or face challenges. He has also cultivated strong relationships with our clients and customers, ensuring they receive outstanding service and that any issues are handled swiftly and professionally.
Within the workplace, Keith is a valued and approachable member of the team whose friendly nature brightens everyone's day. His experience, dedication, and sense of humor make him someone that all team members enjoy collaborating with.
Outside of work, Keith loves spending time with his wife and grandchildren, especially in supporting his grandson as he competes in motorsports. He also enjoys traveling and exploring new holiday destinations whenever he gets the chance.

Chelsea Pye
Chelsea is our Office Administrator here at SJF! Chelsea works hard to ensure the day-to-day running of the company remains smooth and organised, while supporting the management team to help keep everything on track.
With her bubbly personality, willingness to help and ability to pick up new skills quickly, she has become a valued and important member of the SJF family.
Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys spending time with her dog, family and friends—and always makes time for a girls’ night!

Last but certainly not least, we have our work experience team members: Sparky, Pickle, and Coco. Individually, they each bring something special to the role, showcasing an impressive dedication to engineering solutions with just the right amount of chaos. The boys, Sparky and Pickle, are calm, collected, and perform exceptionally well under pressure. They are great problem-solvers and are always happy to accept a well-earned treat for their hard work. Coco, our Work Experience Acting Manager, has no trouble keeping the boys in line. She quickly tackles any issues that arise and is committed to ensuring that the day-to-day tasks run as smoothly as possible. Together, they make a fantastic team. Things can get a little hectic at times, but they always manage to get the job done—especially when treats are on offer, showcasing the excellence of the SJF UK Group.
